We are excited to announce that we will be releasing a new version of our user dashboard. With this update, we will be completing Radiolize v2 phase. In this case, there are a few things you should know.
This update includes a number of new features and improvements that we think you’ll love. Here are the things you can expect in the new user dashboard:
- New user-interface design [visual]
- Automatic radio station creation [new feature]
- Quick package upgrade [new feature]
- Multiple radio station management under the same account [new feature]
- New help center with video guides, live support and ticket system [new feature]
- One-click studio login [new feature]
- New payment methods such as Google Pay [new feature]
- It will be possible to pay in USD, Euro and Pound without converting to EUR as it is now.
What do you need to know?
- Bronze package’s name will be “Standard” and we will be upgrading its resources to from 4 GB to 5 GB and its sound quality from 96 Kbps to 128 Kbps. The price of this package will be 9 USD/month or 90 USD/year.
- Gold package’s name will be “Growth” and its resources will become 35 GB with 192 Kbps sound quality and the price will be 29 USD/month or 290 USD/year.
- Diamond package’s name will be “Pro” and its resources will become 100 GB with 320 Kbps sound quality and the price will be 49 USD/month or 490 USD/year.
- In order to ensure a smooth transition to the new version, we will be temporarily disabling the ability to change subscriptions and customers will not be able to create new stations at least between 16 – 26 January 2023. We are expecting to complete process in 10 days but it may take a little bit longer. During this time, you will be still able to access and manage your current stations so you don’t have to worry.
- If you have more than 1 radio station, let us know if you want to manage all of them under same Radiolize account. In order to do that, please select one of your Radiolize account (which is going to be your only account from now on) and send email from that accounts email to [email protected] including all of your Radiolize account emails. You can send an email like “
I want to merge my Radiolize accounts under the Radiolize account of this email address. My other Radiolize accounts' emails are: (email1, email2, email3..)."After that, send mails from your other accounts emails as well to [email protected] to confirm you own that emails. You can just type “I confirm to merge Radiolize account of this email address to the (your main accounts email)."After we merge your accounts we will let you know and you will be able to manage all of your stations under the same account and after your confirm we will be removing your previous accounts since they will become unnecessary.
We are sorry about this 10-day temporary inability to create or change subscriptions on packages but it is necessary to ensure a seamless experience for all of our customers. Again, you will still be able to access and manage your stations during this period.
Until 16 January, you can do your changes and create new stations. Yes, it would be wise to switch to the yearly packages before 16 January 2023 to make some savings. About the price update on the Standard package (previously Bronze), our costs are increased massively due to global inflation and in order to handle our costs such as server fees and development costs we had to increase its pricing as this package started to generate almost zero profit for us. We still tried to do our best for you by increasing its capabilities. About other packages, we still try hard to keep them at the same monthly price even if we had to increase their yearly prices a little bit. If you compare us with our rivals, Radiolize is still unbeatable both with the features and the pricing.
When we complete Radiolize V2, we will continue to develop new exciting features and products for you.
