Radiolize Broadcaster Terms & Conditions
Radiolize(we, us, our) at https://radiolize.com and https://broadcaster.radiolize.com (provider), delivers radio station hosting, setup and management services of online streaming service and related digital services.
Radiolize reserves the right to make alterations to this document whenever we deem reasonable. It is the client’s sole responsibility to check this document for updates on a regular basis.
All material on this site, including but not limited to text, images, illustrations, code, scripts and audio clips/live audio is protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by Radiolize. Material from this website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, unless we give you the written permission to do so.
Do not misuse our Services, for example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and control laws and regulations. You may not use our services to distribute illegal or un-sociable material. If you are breaking laws, being obscene, spreading false information, or abusing our infrastructure, we have the right to stop you from doing these things. Failure to comply will result in Radiolize terminating your account with immediate effect. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content that you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
Our Services display some content from third parties. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please do not assume that we do.
In connection with your use of the Services we may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
Users are in charge of their own platforms. Radiolize is not liable or responsible for users’ actions. All liability and responsibilities including song licenses, products or data and content belongs to the station owner.
API resources for Radiolize products are shared with other users of the system and clients are required to understand this. We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, suspend API access or bill clients found to be using a disproportionate level of shared resources on a regular basis.
We do not provide any form of legal cover to any individual or company who utilize our services to distribute content with any copyright protection. Under no circumstances will Radiolize be responsible for the behaviour of our clients or their users when found to be broadcasting protected content. All licensing, copyright and royalty issues are the sole responsibility of the individual clients and/or their production entities.
Radiolize does not provide any form of music licensing or coverage for royalties. We recommend always consulting with qualified professionals or the relevant authorities for your country regarding copyright and licensing.
If contacted by an authority in the event of an illegal situation regarding the distribution of adult, racist or any other un-sociable material, we will co-operate fully in any investigations they decide to make against clients found to be breaking the law.
Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
Fair Use & Overages
All clients are subject to a fair use policy to maintain network health for all users. If we detect excessive use of our API or streaming servers for an extended period of time, we may enforce rate limiting or shut station for a while. A member of the team will contact your station owner if this occurs.
Without exception, Radiolize requires prior notification from clients who intend to use Radiolize’s services in conjunction with any large events and/or product launches. Sudden increase or spikes in traffic due to events or launches may cause interruption to service. If Radiolize is not informed prior to the fact, we will not be held liable for any interruption in your service during this time.
All plans include concurrent listener limits. Radiolize may pause your station and notify you about fair use if your station exceeds abrupt bandwidth usage.
Payments
Except in unusual circumstances such as service interruption for more than 48 hours, incorrect billing, all payments billed to existing clients are non-refundable. Users wishing to cancel their service should do so via the My Account section of their Radiolize account at least 2 days before their next billing date, or within their 7 day trial period.
Our base pricing is laid out in Euros (€) for your convenience and subject to change depending on current exchange rates. Canceling a subscription directly without notifying us may result in an automated termination of service and loss of data.
You are not liable for any form of refund if you have breached the terms of service in any way.
Mobile Apps (Android & iOS)
We cannot guarantee all models of device will support Radiolize Mobile Apps. They have been designed to work on most newer devices including iOS 10 or above, and Android 7.0 or above.
We are unable to update existing Apps on Google Play if they were developed by a third party. All new Android Apps will be provided with intent to publish as a new App. In similar cases with iOS Apps the support team may contact you to confirm.
Due to recent security changes, your iOS App may be rejected due to access issues. You will be asked to contact support via live chat to resolve.
Mobile Apps are reviewed by the in-house development team to ensure they are suitable for the store. Images which are deemed explicit or breach copyright will be rejected. Review may filter or amend text that is deemed unsuitable for store listings.
We do not accept any liability for third party applications which violate Apple/Google Play Terms of Service and/or Apple/Google Play Developer Program Policies. By purchasing and using Radiolize Mobile Apps you are agreeing that you have read and understood the guidelines for any services where you intend to publish your App. For all intents and purposes, and unless otherwise stated in writing by Radiolize, all applications developed by us are considered third party applications.
Once any App has been developed, Radiolize is not responsible for any delays caused by the publishing or review process and is not liable to compensate for any such delays. Mobile Apps are chargeable regardless of their status on any third party app marketplace.
We reserve the right to promote Radiolize within the App interface.

Live Chat
Live chat is designed for quick questions and sales queries only. If a client requires support they should use the official methods stated above. Our sales chat operators will not tolerate abuse or profanity. If used we reserve the right to evaluate the status of your services with us (if applicable) which could result in account suspension.
Your Content in our Services
Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.
When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Radiolize (and those we work with) a worldwide licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes that we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights that you grant in this licence are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure that you have the necessary rights to grant us this licence for any content that you submit to our Services.
About Software in our Services
When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may be updated automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Some Services may let you adjust your automatic update settings.
You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our website and software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
Open-source software is important to us. Some software used in our Services may be offered under an open-source licence that we will make available to you. There may be provisions in the open-source licence that expressly override some of these terms.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we would be sorry to see you go. Radiolize may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data, and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to remove information from that Service.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we do not promise about our Services.
Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither Radiolize nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises about the Services. For example, we do not make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services or their reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services “as is”.
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
Liability for our Services
When permitted by law, Radiolize and Radiolize’s suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Radiolize and its suppliers and distributors for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount that you paid us to use the Services (or, if we choose, to supplying you with the Services again).
In all cases, Radiolize and its suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
We recognize that in some countries, you might have legal rights as a consumer. If you are using the Services for a personal purpose, then nothing in these terms or any additional terms limits any consumers’ legal rights which may not be waived by contract.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any service specific terms, for example, to reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retrospectively and will become effective no earlier than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Any charges laid out in these terms are presented in US Dollars ($). If your subscription is billed in any other currency we will use the current day’s exchange rate to process any charges due.
These terms govern the relationship between Radiolize and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms and we do not take action immediately, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.

These Radiolize Streamers Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Radiolize Streamers, including our website, music player, music catalog, playlists, streaming tools, account features, subscription plans, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service”.
Radiolize Streamers is provided by Radiolize OÜ (“Radiolize”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. About Radiolize Streamers
Radiolize Streamers provides background music for live streamers. The Service is designed to allow eligible users to play music as background music during live broadcasts, subject to these Terms, your active subscription, supported platform limitations, and any usage rules shown on our website.
Radiolize Streamers is not a general music licensing platform, music distribution platform, stock music library, production music marketplace, radio broadcasting license, podcast licensing service, or VOD licensing service.
2. Live Streaming Use Only
Radiolize Streamers is licensed for live streaming use only.
Unless Radiolize gives you separate written permission, you are not allowed to use music provided by Radiolize Streamers in videos on demand, stream archives, recorded videos, clips, highlights, replays, podcasts, reels, shorts, downloadable videos, edited videos, promotional videos, advertisements, or any other non-live content.
You must not upload, publish, distribute, monetize, or make available any recorded content that contains music provided by Radiolize Streamers.
3. VODs, Clips, and Recorded Content Are Not Supported
Radiolize Streamers does not support VOD use.
You are responsible for making sure Radiolize Streamers music is not included in any published or accessible VOD, clip, replay, highlight, archive, recording, or uploaded video.
If your live streaming platform automatically creates VODs, clips, replays, or stream archives, you must disable those features, mute or separate the music track, delete the recorded content, or otherwise ensure that Radiolize Streamers music is not included in published or accessible recorded content.
This applies to platforms including, but not limited to, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and any other live streaming, video, social media, or content platform.
4. License Granted to Users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active subscription or permitted account status, Radiolize grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to play music made available through Radiolize Streamers as background music during your live broadcasts.
This license is limited to live streaming use only. No other rights are granted.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Radiolize, its licensors, artists, producers, composers, publishers, rights holders, and partners.
5. No Ownership Rights
Using Radiolize Streamers does not give you ownership of any music, sound recordings, compositions, stems, loops, artwork, metadata, software, technology, trademarks, or other content made available through the Service.
You may not claim ownership of Radiolize Streamers music or register, distribute, fingerprint, monetize, or submit it to any rights management system, music distributor, collecting society, Content ID system, music recognition platform, or similar service.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use Radiolize Streamers music in VODs, clips, replays, highlights, archived streams, uploaded videos, podcasts, reels, shorts, advertisements, intros, outros, trailers, client projects, games, apps, films, TV, radio shows, DJ sets, albums, singles, or standalone audio.
- Download, copy, rip, extract, record, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share Radiolize Streamers music.
- Make the music available as standalone audio.
- Use the music outside the Radiolize Streamers service, player, playlist system, or approved technical method.
- Use the music to train AI models, audio generation systems, recommendation systems, or machine learning tools.
- Register, fingerprint, claim, monetize, or dispute ownership of Radiolize Streamers music.
- Remove, alter, hide, or interfere with attribution, metadata, copyright notices, watermarks, tracking systems, or technical protection measures.
- Share your account, subscription, stream keys, playlist URLs, access tokens, or private service links with others.
- Use bots, scraping tools, reverse engineering, automated extraction, or unauthorized API access.
- Use the Service in a way that violates law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.
7. Supported Platforms
Radiolize Streamers may be used for live streaming on platforms that we support or reasonably allow, such as Twitch, YouTube Live, Kick, Facebook Live, or similar live streaming platforms.
However, platform rules may change. Radiolize does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that your use of music will always be accepted, uninterrupted, claim-free, or penalty-free on every platform.
You are responsible for understanding and following the rules of the platform where you stream.
8. Claims, Takedowns, and Platform Actions
Radiolize Streamers is designed to help streamers use background music more safely during live broadcasts. However, Radiolize does not guarantee that your stream, channel, account, VOD, clip, uploaded content, or other content will never receive a copyright claim, mute, takedown, restriction, demonetization, warning, suspension, strike, or other platform action.
Radiolize is not responsible for claims, mutes, restrictions, takedowns, demonetization, strikes, or account actions caused by:
- Your use of Radiolize Streamers music outside permitted live streaming use.
- Your upload or publication of VODs, clips, replays, highlights, archives, or recorded content containing Radiolize Streamers music.
- Your violation of platform rules.
- Third-party platform errors, automated copyright systems, or third-party rights claims.
- Misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
If you receive a claim related to permitted live use of Radiolize Streamers music, you may contact us with relevant details. We may, at our discretion, assist where possible, but we are not responsible for claims arising from prohibited use.
9. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing periods, features, limits, and renewal terms are displayed at checkout or on the pricing page.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Radiolize or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription according to the instructions provided in your account, checkout provider, app store, or billing platform.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or expressly stated by Radiolize.
10. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Radiolize may offer free trials, discounts, promotional prices, or limited-time offers. These offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility rules, duration limits, and regional availability.
Radiolize reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse promotional offers at any time where permitted by law.
11. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact Radiolize as soon as possible at [email protected].
12. Availability and Changes to the Service
Radiolize may modify, update, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. This includes music tracks, playlists, catalog items, features, supported platforms, technical tools, pricing, subscription plans, and licensing rules.
Music availability may change due to rights, catalog updates, technical issues, or business decisions.
Radiolize does not guarantee that any particular track, playlist, catalog item, feature, or supported platform will remain available permanently.
13. User Content and Streams
You are solely responsible for your live streams, channel content, audience interactions, branding, overlays, speech, visuals, and any other content you create, broadcast, upload, or publish.
Radiolize is not responsible for your content, your conduct, or how you use the Service.
You must not use the Service in connection with content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, exploitative, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
14. Copyright and Intellectual Property Notices
If you believe that any content made available through Radiolize Streamers infringes your rights, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work or protected material.
- The URL or identifying information of the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Radiolize may remove or disable access to content where appropriate.
15. Termination or Suspension
Radiolize may suspend or terminate your account, license, subscription, or access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You use music in VODs, uploaded videos, clips, or other prohibited content.
- You misuse, copy, extract, redistribute, or claim ownership of music.
- You share your account or access credentials.
- Your payment fails or your subscription expires.
- Radiolize is required to do so by law, rights holders, payment providers, or platform partners.
- Your use creates legal, technical, security, reputational, or business risk for Radiolize.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any Radiolize Streamers music immediately ends.
Termination does not give you permission to continue using, publishing, storing, distributing, monetizing, or making available content that contains Radiolize Streamers music.
16. No Professional Advice
The Service and any information provided by Radiolize do not constitute legal advice, copyright advice, licensing advice, business advice, or professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether the Service is suitable for your use case.
17. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiolize disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
Radiolize does not guarantee that:
- The Service will always be available.
- The music catalog will remain unchanged.
- Your stream will not receive claims, mutes, takedowns, or restrictions.
- Third-party platforms will treat your use correctly.
- Any specific platform will support or accept the Service.
- The Service will meet your expectations or commercial needs.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiolize and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, account suspension, platform restrictions, copyright claims, takedowns, content removals, or demonetization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiolize’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to Radiolize for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radiolize and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your use of Radiolize Streamers music in VODs, uploaded videos, clips, replays, highlights, archives, or other prohibited content.
- Your violation of third-party rights.
- Your violation of platform rules.
- Your content, streams, uploads, or online activity.
20. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, websites, payment providers, streaming tools, analytics services, or content services.
Radiolize does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, rules, policies, actions, or content.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
21. Changes to These Terms
Radiolize may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be handled by the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

This also includes technical data, such as IP addresses and device identifiers that are commonly generated in establishing a connection with the Radiolize Services. Payment information collected is processed securely by our Payment processor and is not stored in Radiolize’s databases. This is bound by our processors privacy policy and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
Other Data – By using the Radiolize services we may store information about what pages have been visited and when. This is to help us improve the usability of our services.
Retention – We collect and retain Personal Data submitted to Radiolize in an identifiable format for the amount of time necessary to meet your request or fulfil our legal or regulatory obligations, unless it is in our legitimate business interests and not prohibited by law to maintain the Personal Data for longer periods.
How Do We Process Personal Data?
We may use information for our legitimate interests, namely:
- To operate the Radiolize Services.
- To contact and communicate with you when you reach out to us to ask us about our Radiolize Services.
- To manage everyday business needs.
- To analyze or improve the Radiolize Services or additional products or services.
- To protect the Radiolize Services and the rights of Users and others to enforce the terms of the Radiolize Services.
- To comply with our obligations, including to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- To send you promotional materials from us or on behalf of our affiliates and business partners if you have consented to the receipt of such materials.
Who Has Access to Your Information?
Under no circumstances will we directly disclose or sell your personal information to any third party without your prior permission. We are strongly against any form of internet ‘spam’ and keep all collected information strictly confidential in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
We will not sell or provide your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Third Party Services Working on Our Behalf

When you are using our secure online payment system, your payment is processed by a third party processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card and PayPal transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.
Radiolize’s infrastructure is managed by multiple service providers. However they do not have access to any personal information and are prohibited to selling or passing on any stored data.
Security and Your Data
We take data security very seriously. Our databases are backed up regularly, and any data collected from you is sent over an encrypted SSL secure connection. Security of our data is important to us and we take every possible reasonable measure to prevent against loss, damage, theft or misuse where possible.
Any data processed by one of the third parties working on our behalf is also sent over an encrypted SSL connection. Third parties are contracted to provide a high level of security on their systems.
Use of Cookies
Like many other websites, the Radiolize website uses cookies. ‘Cookies’ are small pieces of information sent by an organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognize you when you visit.
